Format: Live interactive workshop on Zoom – MEETING, not webinar

Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Time (4-hour duration, with lots of mini-breaks)

  • Document for Note Taking and Idea Generation: Each attendee will receive a dedicated document specifically designed for note-taking and brainstorming throughout the workshop. Capture your insights, ideas, and any other dreams that pop into your head.
  • Formal Blueprint: As we progress through the workshop, you will be filling in a comprehensive and customizable blueprint document. Hey friends, I’m Jade. My “why,” my entire purpose behind any business adventure I take on, is to be with amazing people. To me, entrepreneurs are the best of the best. My favorite quote is – “What’s better, the journey or the destination? The company.”

First thing’s first.. I started out as a community manager for, in my opinion, the best online community EVER, The Monkeypod OG Membership. Greg Jenkins created and grew that community, I take no credit in that. When it got big enough, that he needed extra hands so he could maintain its high-quality standards, that’s when I came into the picture. I was already a member and super fan, and a newly established entrepreneur, so it was a perfect fit.

There’s a reason his community runs so well, despite him barely posting in it. He was incredibly intentional about making sure the members knew the what/when/why/how, so we were all sure to get the value he promised. What’s amazing, is that the value is being with each other. He built a family where the product is the experience, camaraderie, ideas, feedback and so much more, from each other. Greg, too, but it’s the collective amazingness that we pay for. It runs so well that people started asking me to manage or consult for their communities so they could achieve the same effect. I took on a couple more community gigs, but it wasn’t scaleable.

It also has to be said that as an automation expert, I get to rub elbows with many authentic marketing experts and I implement best practices on a daily basis. So there’s a lot of real, data-driven strategy baked in, too.

I don’t call your social media followers a “community” because that’s a place for them to engage with you and your brand, not so much with each other.

If you have a business and you have a community for it (free or paid, core offer or value add) then this is for you – regardless of your business size. The strategies work for all biz sizes because it’s about humans, not about tactics.
